I absolutely love the unit. I cant fault it because the only things that concern me were not present. I do not play when it comes to my money so if the unit was bad I would put it right up on here so that nobody makes the same mistakes. I have had no mass of shedding except for the regular strands which is normal and I lose more hair when I am combing my own hair to be honest and that is a natural process anyway. The only one gripe I have is that if I am dealing with one person, I want to carry out that process with the same person instead of having to conversate with a few that haven't checked our communication threads prior. This is in NO WAY a reflection on the great quality of the hair though and I do understand that it is a group effort in these horrible times.
